Pasterka 2018
As is its longstanding Christmas Eve tradition, on December 24, 2018, members of the Wawel Folk Ensemble participated in procession during Sweetest Heart of Mary Church in Detroit, Michigan's Pasterka Mass.
Wawel has a long history of participating at Sweetest Heart of Mary events. The group performs annually at its Pierogi Festival in August and participates in Easter Sunday procession. Several members of the ensemble are parishioners at Sweetest Heart of Mary and several members were married at the church.
